"I have used the services provided by Arraystar to sequence and analyze micro RNA populations in developing maize seeds. Arraystar provided a comprehensive service including RNA quality-control, library preparation, cluster generation, sequencing on Genome Analyzer IIx and subsequent data analysis. A number of small RNA molecules were found to be differentially expressed between mutant and control samples.
