Extrachromosomal circular DNAs (eccDNA) are widely present in normal and cancer tissues. eccDNAs can carry and amplify oncogenes, drug resistance genes, and regularory elements that cause cancers and regulate other diseases. Their heterogeneity and disease association can be excellent diagnostic and prognostic markers. In recent years, eccDNAs have become one of the hotspots in cancer research.
This webinar will cover:
- What are eccDNAs
- eccDNA molecular functions and diseases
- eccDNA biomarkers
- Profiling eccDNAs
- eccDNA research roadmap
