Responsibilities:
- Testing, optimizing and benchmarking of new methods
- Implementing new product/service development ideas
- Must be able to design experiments and troubleshooting independently
- Optimizing technical protocols, assisting developing or improving SOPs
- Conducting various molecular biology experiments as required by clients’ projects
- Write technical information sheets for new products/services, including background, product specifications, technical manuals, and so on
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. preferably earned from a U.S. university in Molecular biology, Cell biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- 3+ years of laboratory experiences in molecular biology or biotechnology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Skills:
- Proficient in cell culture
- Proficient in Molecular cloning technique
- Proficient in RNA quantification techniques, such as RT-PCR
- Experience in RNA Sequencing preferred
- Experience in epigenetic detection techniques, such as Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) required
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to details and accuracy
