Microarrays

The Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V3.0 is designed for the global profiling of human LncRNAs. In order to detect LncRNAs comprehensively and reliably, we updated the repertoire of LncRNAs represented on the previous Microarray V2.0. In addition, we developed a "smart" labeling system, which efficiently increases the detection of degraded LncRNAs and RNAs lacking a polyA tail.

Our Human LncRNA microarray V2.0 is designed for the global profiling of 33,045 human LncRNAs and 30,215 protein-coding transcripts together in parallel. Each transcript is represented by a specific exon or splice junction probe that can identify individual transcripts reliably and accurately.

Microarray Labeling

The Arraystar MeDIP-chip Labeling Kit is designed to prepare fluorophore-labeled DNA samples for MeDIP-chip analysis using a simple effective strategy. All components for DNA fragmentation, amplification, MeDIP and labeling are included in this kit, which is compatible with Nimblegen and Agilent DNA methylation arrays. With optimized protocol, the Arraystar MeDIP-chip Labeling Kit provides high quality data using as little as 100 ng starting DNA material.

Sequencing Sample Prep

The Arraystar rRNA Removal Kit efficiently removes rRNA from intact or degraded RNA samples, while providing high yields of mRNAs and noncoding regulatory RNAs from many species. Using a quick and easy protocol that can be performed in less than one hour, the kit yields RNA sufficiently depleted of rRNA, and is especially suited for NGS applications.

The Arraystar mRNA Purification Kit is specially designed for rapid, single-step purification of mRNA directly from total RNA. All procedures can be performed in 15 minutes, without the need to perform any other purification steps.

Sequencing Library Prep and QC

Arraystar Sequencing Library qPCR Quantification Kit provides a fast, cost-effective and reliable solution for Illumina NGS library quantification. The kit includes ready-to-use DNA standard and SYBR Green qPCR mix, which facilitate quantifying femtomolar amounts of Libraries with high specificity and accuracy.

The Arraystar directional RNA-seq kit (dUTP-based) provides specially optimized Enzyme Mix and Buffers needed for unbiased, strand specific RNA-seq library preparation from mRNA or rRNA-depleted RNA.

PCR-based Analysis

The cancer focused microRNA PCR array profiles the expression of 184 microRNAs involved in cancer progression, which were carefully selected based on results published in multiple peer-reviewed journals.

The Arraystar miRNA First-Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit is designed to create cDNA libraries to use for qPCR detection of microRNAs and other small RNAs.
