Gene Expression Array Service

Gene expression profiling is a technology that utilizes microarrays to analyze genome-wide profiling of gene expression. Arraystar's gene expression profiling service is based on two of the most powerful platforms in this field, including Roche-NimbleGen and Agilent. The availability of the array services from both platforms offers our customers variety of choices in array content, density and analysis tools. The gene expression arrays that are most often selected by our customers include:

Arraystar's bioinformatics team has extensive experience in analyzing gene expression array data. We provide two levels of analysis: standard and advanced.
Standard Data Analysis
•   Raw Data Files
•   Summary Report
•   Box Plot, Scatter Plot and Hierarchical Clustering
•   Differentially Expressed Gene Screening
•   GO Analysis (Fig.1) and Pathway Analysis
Fig.1 GO Analysis (Standard Data Analysis).  Significant GO terms of differentially expressed gene. A bar plot is generated from the top 10 GO terms containing the largest fold enrichment of differentially expressed genes. The plot gives a more intuitive view of the significant GO terms.
